I feel STUPID!

After ordering from Matt for several weeks and being more than excited about his products I was inticed by a friend to order from another site. To be nice I will not give the name of the site but I will say it is a long standing site that has had wite ups in a particular magazine. My experience was awful. It took them twice as long to ship as they said it would (I knew this due to the UPS tracking info), and when I recieved the product all I could say is BLAH!!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!! The reason I feel so stupid is I already knew a few truths. This is absolutly the best product you will find and you will not be disappointed, the shipping is and speed is amazing, and the customer service is phenominal. Anyone skeptical about this product, STOP! Order it! Order it now and you will have it in your hands before you know it. Next thing you know you will be happy in more ways than one, and you will become as big of a fan as I am! Thanks Matt, and sorry I didn't listen to myself on this, I would have much rather had another bag of Ascent than the crap I received from the competitor!

I was extremely nervous about ordering when I found this website. I had never tried any of this stuff and was not optimistic about how my experience would be with the product and the ordering process. I can honestly say, the only thing better than the product is Matt's customer service! I must also wholeheartedly agree with the fact that "A little pinch goes a long way..". I did not heed this warning and accidentally created a ripple in the time-space continuum! This stuff is simply that good! Thanks so much Matt for your excellent customer service and such a fantastic product!

You guys are awesome. Shipping is blazing fast as is your response time. I recently purch'd an oz of berry bliss. Even though pricing wasn't listed you contacted me within the hour with not only pricing info (which is unmatched anywhere)but payment info as well as the cc processing was down. The order arrived two days later.
Anyway, you're a lifesaver & your refusal to gouge your customers has made you the unequivical leader in not only this industry but in online sales/service/shipping in general.
Keep the fire burning!
/off to place another sale...the oz didn't last very long ;)

As an amazed customer, I have posted a comment on several occasions. I guess the reason I have returned to post over time is because I am just constantly amazed at not only this product, but at the price as well. Just when I thought I could not be any more in love with PBH, I am AMAZED once more. On top of the added bonus, I recieved what I believe is the pinnacle of what customer service should be. With a huge hand from the V.P. of Customer Servie; Miss Tara, I would vote PBH the TOP company I have ever dealt with (Period) The manner and concern shown to myself over the last few days has been simply phenominal. And as for Tara, maybe you guys should change her title to Queen of Costumer Service. Thanks so much for not only a great product at a great price, but for a SUPERIOR company. I have been spreading the word on you guys to friends who I know would enjoy PBH blends, all three are great in there own way. You guys are great, and thanks again.

OMG Just received about an hour ago. I felt normal, when out of nowhere I was smacked with a sensation close to ones I use to feel in the 70's. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE IT UP........THIS BLEND IS PERFECT. Thanks so much Matt...On my way order more before it's gone. :)

How you guys do it I don't know, and so, I was pleasantly surprised when the order I placed on Wednesday PM arrived on my doorstep Friday AM. Also I appreciate your help in getting order placed. In terms of customer service Premium Blend is tops. And when you consider the quality of the product along with the cost factor I believe PB is unequaled in an industry that is littered with unreliable suppliers and promoters. In my humble estimate Ascent is the most consistent and illuminating of the many incense products on an ever growing herbal market. Ascent's aroma adds the right accent to most any occasion and helps create a relaxing and warm ambiance that lingers long after it's amber glow has given up the ghost. Ascent's essence rises like a spirit from the ashes and promptly kicks asses. Of course I still love Premium Blend, and if the Berry Bliss burns as well as it smells I'm in store for a treat later tonight. Two big thumbs up from a very satisfied consumer. In the immortal words of General Douglas MacArthur: "I SHALL RETURN."

AS IF THE PREMIUM BLEND WASN'T GOOD ENOPHE THE GOOD MAN COMES DOWN WITH SOMETHING EVEN BETTER. THIS PRODUCT IS MEANT FOR REAL FANS AND THE PRICE IS JUST RIGHT. THANKS MATT.

I was a little apprehensive about buying this stuff online I have been getting it from gas stations in my small town, But I decided i could save some money and find a better supply online and chanced across This site that had some reviews as well and did some research and decided to get 9 grams from here. first let me say that even in middle of some cc processor problems for Matthew with the site, ordering was easy, payment was not bad at all, and i had a tracking number by the end of the day and it was rolling. The usps hauled butt with it and i got it in GA. in 2 days with the priority shipping. After just having burned some let me say that at 1/3rd the cost of the gas stations, and 2x the potency i am very pleased, in fact it has taken me 30 mins to write this review :) Thanks Matthew and i will be ordering many more times.

Everything I have received from these awesome people kicks a**! The shipping speed and packaging quality is amazing! My first online order from a DIFFERENT VENDOR arrived in 7 days and smelled like the package and product had been kept in the trunk of an old car full of dirty ashtrays (YUCK) AND the vendor's address and name "Z***'s Killer Bud on 1234 Get Ripped Lane" was embarrassing enough that my mail carrier saw it let alone anyone else! I love the confidentiality and how every package I receive smells GOOOOOD!
You will be sorry you went with any other vendors once you get a taste of the customer service, shipping, and product quality! You will become a loyal customer like me! Matt and Tara are so nice and helpful!
